    Whoop whoop! I have now lost another 2lbs! I'm so happy I've lost 5lbs in 2 weeks after trying my hardest to lose even just 1lb in the last 2 and a half with no success!

    Week 2!

    My first WI and I have lost 3lbs :D I'm very happy with that because I had a massive meal yesterday and didn't count points and I only need to lose just over half a stone so I expected the weight loss to be slower because I'm not overweight on the BMI thing

    So far today doesn't seem to be going too bad, I've worked out that if I exercise later I could gain about 3 points like I did yesterday and then if I have 2 points less each day til Tuesday then I will be in my points allocation for the week so will hopefully have a loss!     George Foreman?

    Hey! I have a George Foreman grill and I cook almost everything on it, even eggs. How does this work with points on fried eggs? On the points system it says 1 egg fried in fat is 2.5 points but with the grill I don't use fat. Anyone have a clue if I reduce the points by 0.5 or just leave it at 2.5?

    Thanks Irene, I'll have a look on the menu later and try and get some ideas of what sort of thing I would like to eat :) I always have burgers in places like that but I know that it'll probably be my whole day's worth of points and I don't fancy starving just so I can have a burger!
