Hi everyone, newbie here. I've just found this forum and thought i'd give it a go. There seems to be loads of advice on here so here i go... I started going to the gym about 2 months ago and as of yet i havnt lost a single pound, in fact i've actually gained about 3!!! :mad: I think I know...
