    I do slimming world, but my choices are mostly "clean". I am gradually doing the switch to totally clean though. I like the idea of the paleo diet too, but no pasta/potatoes etc would be too tough for me. Shame threre is not a clean eating section on here.

    It is to do with making sure you get the correct nutritional quota for it to be a healthy extra. So for instance a bigger serving of the cereal would not qualify. However a smaller serving combined with the ryvita meets the criteria. Hope that helps :)

    You definately are not eating enough. You need to try and have your healthy extra a and b choices and should be having a minimum of 5 syns per day. I would also try to include a 1/3 superfree regardless of what plan you are following.

    I highly recommend ceramic coated non stick cookware, you dont need to use any oil and nothing sticks. I love mine and will be replacing all my saucepans. I currently have one saucepan, one frying pan and one wok with the ceramic coating. They are the best purchase ever.
