    I was a munchaholic last Thursday and Friday and just used the last of my weeklies on a bowl of sticky toffee pudding n low fat custard.... Feeling almost angelic as i've still got 1 weekly left and 22 activity points earned... But, after all that munching, omg am i glad to be back at work...

    All fresh fruit is free as is tinned fruit so long as its 'in juice' and you don't have the juice. The only exception i know off is tinned prunes, these cost 5pp per 1/2 tin. This is because prunes are in fact dried prunes and thus not the fruit in it's 'natural' form....

    Good luck with the xenical, personally i'd be very tempted not to have pills for the whole day. I tried xenical a few years ago and after having two 'accidents' i decided enough was enough. Be very careful what you eat, i hope it goes well for you.
