Basically, when you exercise muscle is built which take the place of fat, BUT muscle weighs more than fat so that is probably why your losses arnt as good.     Help! Red pepper humous, has no real flavour

    I always found that homemade houmous tastes gross unless you add tahini paste to it (which makes it taste like the stuff you buy in the shops), but I'm unsure of syn values....might be high as its oily and tastes so yum haha xxx

    I agree that exercise can make you gain a very small amount at the beginning, but this is just muscle and the more muscle that you gain rather than fat, the higher your metabolism will get and the more calories you will burn even when you are resting! So in the long run it is really worth it...

    Yes Sarah-Jayne is right, they often give you an induction and sort you out with a fitness programme! But if you dont do that, then just try easing yourself in slowly, like 5 mins on each thing, treadmill walking for 5 mins, cross trainer for 5 mins, rower for 5 mins etc.....and then build on...
