    Forgot to say...I done 500 rows on rowing machine on day 1 and only managed 130 today as Im feeling tired and lazy lol, prob cus Ive not eaten enough. Hopefully get another 500 in tomorrow. xx

    Daily points: 21 points 21st of July 09 - Day 2 Points saved: 4 :D I got some kitchen scales this evening along with weight watchers food (cus im lazy haha) so from now on my diet will look alot healthier lol. Im doing great and feel great :D Breakfast - 2 bits of toast and butter 5 points...

    Started weightwatchers on Monday...I have 4 stone to lose so I'm going to be here for a while! Past 2 days have gone really well. Would be nice to have somewhere to write down how I'm doing and what I've eaten so I've made one of these :D xx
