So day two... My head is killing I have such a bad headache. Went to work, came home and did a 2 mile walk/run. Want to build it up to 2 miles properly running.
So am feeling good... sort of! Apart from the head ache. So, will go get in bed after this and...

I have been doing the diet but not updating this.
The funny thing is I have been on Slimming World for months but I just keep over synning so I'm not shifting any bloody weight!
So now is the time to stop all this messing about. I love the diet I just need to stick at it and make...

I just keep going off track when it comes to the evening! I go running, I stick to it all day and then in the eve I over syn and make the wrong choices. I'm wasting my own time and really want to do it I just don't know why it isn't clicking!
NEW DAY! NEW WEEK!
So last night wasn't great in the end. Went to a BBQ and had quorn sausages, some ice cream, tomato ketchup, sweetcorn and some veg.S o obviously not 100% plan! But I did go for a walk so hopefully makes up for it a little!
Anyway onwards and downwards...
I've just become a veggie (with the exception of muller lights!) so I can't really do red days! Which is a shame cos I think it would be really good to be able to mix it up! But I LOVE green days with all the carbs! I hope it works for me too thank you I really enjoy reading all the diaries...

Went shopping today, didn't have a very good day. Spent the time trying to find something that would look vaguely nice for when OH and I go for dinner. Nothing looked nice, nothing fitted etc etc... Really annoyed today to be honest. Plus side though, made me realise how much I want and need to...

Not a very good day today... Feel like I really want chocolate. I know I can have it but don't have enough syns to cover what I want! I don't understand though, why I feel like this. It's like chocolate is my addiction!
I gave up smoking, gave up drinking and now when I get stressed etc...
Also, if anyone is reading... could someone tell me if it matters if you don't eat your healthy extra b's? Just because I have been getting to the end of the day and not really wanted them but had them anyway x
Lost another pound! OH has lost 6 pounds! I'm weighing everyday which I really shouldn't be doing!

I began this diet by going to slimming world and I didn't really take to it at first. I wanted to get properly into it before I go back to weigh...

Just saw on someone's Avator thing that it says "the longest journey starts with the smallest step". For me that is really true. I am used to doing Cambridge diet and losing 3 pounds a day in the first week, so for me losing one pound whilst eating lots of food is a real achievement. I am really...

Strawberries with fat free yoghurt (Free).
Lunch-
4 Light dairylea (HEa), Quorn sausages...
Right so... had spag bol for lunch with quorn, onions and mushrooms (Free) and a homemade little cheesecake (the other bar from alpen (HEb) and Quark and a strawberry and sweetner (Free). I'm trying to figure out what else I can use Quark for that I will like.

No need for that reply whatsoever. I read the whole thread and what everyone had said from the beginning and it did not mention about healthy extras. all it kept saying was "syn free" and I got confused. I am on my first couple of days of this diet and as I am sure everyone who has done it will...
So are these muffins syn free and healthy extras free?? I saw on the slimming world website that it said that you it is 5 syns if you use it polenta for flour? Or are these completely free?
