    Doing too much cardio can put you in starvation mode and hold you fat stores but on the other hand there are many on the diet who exercise everyday and their fine go for it if you get a lower loss maybe do a little less??? Good luck for week two:)

    Hi Sam make a peppermint tea with three tablet sweetners using 400 ml of boiling water let the tea stew then use the luke warm tea to make up the choc shake. :D this is the only way I make the choc shake now and have it most evenings like a little sweet mint choc treat to finish off the day lol:p

    I just think not everyone gets that energy rush!! Some days I feel I have more energy than others but it's not a constant thing but I don't feel any more tired than normal I don't think..:) wish I was full of energy though especially today so I get everything done before nights tonight!!

    Yeah water is the key!! Try making your shakes with more than what's recommended I use 500 ml so that's 260 extra and I try to drink 4 litres everyday so averaging roughly 5 litres a day!! :)

    For my choc mint shake I make peppermint tea with 500 ml of boiled water add three tablet sweetners let it stew for a good ten mins then use the tea to make the shake lovely luke warm and I love it made thinner:) look forward to it every evening lOl

    I think a crosstrainer will be fine. I used to do twenty mins a day while watching tv. That was a while ago. Was on slimming piles then. I am now using the wii fit about four times a week to tone up as I'm losing weight I think it's working too. Let's hope so lol:)

    I make the shakes with 500 ml of water. Enjoy the vanilla most like the sweetness. For the choc I make a 500 ml peppermint tea with three tablet sweetners let it stew then use this to make up the shake it's nice mint choc all trial and error but you have to find what you like to manage them:)
