    I am now on the 1000cal plan and apart from being surprised about the amount of food I get to eat I had a question about the fruit options. Can we have dried fruit, as in the packet stuff sold in the supermarkets and health food places?

    CD bars

    My GF loves them and started eating one per day, but her weight loss did slow down so she had to cut them to 3 per week. But not everyone is the same so maybe the best way is just to try them and see how they affect you?

    3rd weigh in today, only 3lbs lost this week, but still lost some so i'm happy :-) I'm gonna be starting to eat real food tomorrow and gradually increase real food and reduce CD food :-)

    Man going on 810

    Hello, Today is my last day on SS, as of tomorrow I am moving up to the 810 plan. At the moment I have 4 CD meals a day, do I continue getting the 4 sachets and a meal or do I drop a sachet? Cheers,

    Having normal food again

    My CDC has recommended that in just over a week I move up from SS to start having normal food again. My question is can I use fresh chilli as part of the ingredients? I just bought a Super Chilli plant before starting the diet and they are maturing as we speak, I would so love to try them too...

    2nd weigh in :-)

    Had my 2nd weigh in today and I've lost another 6lbs :) This morning I realised that my old jeans need to come out of the cupboard again as these ones are litteraly falling off of me. My CDC has recommended one more week on the 4 sachets a day, then look to move up and start eating normal food...

    Cambridge diet cost

    Hello, my CDC just charges me £48 for any 28 items (being a bloke means I'm allowed more :D), doesnt matter if I take bars, soups, shakes or the tetra packs. The water flavour and the mousse stuff costs extra though

    Day 5, depressed

    I'm hoping to get to my target weight of 12stone in 6-8 weeks (will understand if it takes a little longer as I know weight loss is slower the less you have to shift). I will just have to be really careful not to eat the things I have been thinking about today like bangers and mash or cheesey...

    Well day three is nearly over and I'm pretty comfortable so far. Did notice my stodge craving carrying on as I walked past a Peters bakery that sells lovely quiche, a Greggs, Marks and Sparks and Waitrose, but I resisted and got on the bus to take me home again where I dont have the temptations lol
