    Just spoke to my CDC

    I started the diet 6 days ago and thought it was going to be a complete nightmare, but it's been a lot easier than I'd anticipated. The first couple of days were a bit of a struggle- but I am already beginning to see the effects which is enough inspiration to stop me from raiding the cupboards.:D

    lol, I'm thinking about setting up camp in the bathroom, but then think of all the calories I'll burn off running up and down the stairs!

    Thank you for your replies, it's nice to have support from those in a similar situation. I was feeling quite grumpy and tired on my diet prior to starting cd, I think that was partly to do with the fact the fact I wasn't seeing any results. I feel really good since I've started cd- so hopefully...

    Hello, I thought I'd post to introduce myself, my name is Su and I have been dieting for 3 months now but I came to a standstill with my weightloss so I started the cambridge diet on Friday. I'm hoping to loose another 3.5 stone to get to my ideal weight:D
