I joined slimming world a fortnight ago and so far have lost 5 1/2 lbs which is great! I was told that Super Noodles were free on green days as was Savoury Rice but I put them into the syn calculator on the website and it says that Savoury Rice has 5 syns???? Can anyone tell me if it is free...
