    A friend of mine lost a whole lot of weight nd looked rather slender... except for her groin area (regardless of the exercise she did). in the end, she decided to get lipo in the area, and is feeling much more confident now! :eek:

    Day 3 of yet another restart...

    thanks everyone! well at the end of day three (yesterday), I checked, and I was in ketosis! wohoo! and, as of this morning, I've lost 10 pounds! I am so happy! :) already, I am wearing some trousers that I haven't been able to wear for 1 year! I am feeling so happy today!

    :) again, thatnyou all for your supportive words. I am happy to say that I survived a full day on SS. I know it's just one day, but it's longer than I have been managing lately! So that's my goal at the moment, take one day at a time. Day 2 of SS... here I come! :D
