    Leela You sound so much like me, I usually give up when I can't see something happening on the scales and unfortunately I'm a serial scale hopper. However, it took me a bit to learn, that a) don't go by your scales, your CDC's are usually more accurate and its your official weigh. And...

    Dreading weigh in cos.....

    Well ..... - as my ticker shows I lost 1/4lb this week. Just so grateful that I did not put on, CDC says if I'd had another day before weigh in it perhaps would not have been so bad. Such is life, richly deserved, onwards and upwards. Sara:)
