    In Agony :(

    Aw, have you had it before? Do you feel quite sick and getting clammy? I get like that sometimes if I have stuff that is meant to give you a full feeling. Just fills you full of gas. Drink plenty of water and try to take it easy, I try to sleep it off.

    does anyone have a SW biscuit recipe?

    I was wanting to do the same, I miss biscuits but not enough to syn for a digestive. I was thinking of possibly crushing some all bran up with a weetabix for a lighter texture or bran flakes and an egg to bind but might taste a little too chewy for a biscuit.

    Thankyou. I am enjoying SW most of the time, still in the period where I think I haven't got enough food as my freezer is usually filled with processed packages but now I make my own burgers and have more flavour than Mr Seaguls Eye lol.

    Hi, keep seeing links coming here and thought it was about time I joined. Hope to get to know everyone shortly.:p Oh on the profile, my insignificant loss couldn't be added as start weight 222.5 so I lost half a pound.
