Well done that's fab, I went shopping the other day with my 20 month old and was hungry instead of buying a chocolate bar I bought a packet of the snack pack grapes and apples and shared them with my princess on the way home, was defiantly a win for me! Xx
I seem to be a slow loser every since iv had my little girl who is actually 20 months old lol I used to be really upset when I had done 100% on plan and the scales hasn't shown as much as I'd like. But I guess it's coming off slowly but surely.
I'm boring I usually have 2 weetabix (b choice) with milk (a choice)
I do swap between having grilled bacon (fat off) baked beans, mushrooms and fried eggs with fry light or boiled, seems to keep me full longer then just cereal
I'm taking it at the moment have been for over a year, I was blaming it for my slow losses so far but I'm not so sure really, but im not sure it makes a difference and I was just hoping this was to blame for me. X
I used to do this upto a few weeks ago when I was sick of being so hungry and feeling dizzy at image therapy and then binging when I got home as I was so hungry and eating what I wasn't meant to be having and defiantly not counting the syns of it!

iv just joined again and hoping to shift it and keep it off again can't wait to have a look about again iv been a member on here for years but I'm so determined this time and wanted some other slimming world buddies to chat with :)
The first time I made them, I boiled them like it said, I wasnt keen I think I overboiled them to much. But in the end I learnt my lesson and from that I have never boiled them again I cut them and then stick them straight into the oven with some salt or some flavoured seasoning on. perfect. xx

Day 2 today on the wii fit, Iv been pushing my self very hard, I can now touch my toes on the sun salutation (yoga workout one) lol Half an hour a day Im 21 years old and today my wii fit age was 23 so deffo not bad :D I'l report back tommorow if I can stop walking like John Wayne!! hahaha xx

I think we will be taking a trip to aldi 2moro, im dead set on doing a week of red till next week weigh in see if i can shock my body and shift some of this weight! Think I will stock up like its out of fashion! lol

When you have had a loss,what do you treat/reward yourself with? Im just curious as I have started to put money away in a jar for a whole new wardrobe. So for every pound I loose I will put a pound in the jar etc, all ready for my new wardrobe, I cant wait!! :p
I dont get weighed until 7pm on a tuesday evening so in the day I generally stock up on fruit and muller light yoghurts for snacks,and occasionally have my 28grams of bran flakes in the morning, then have my tea when I get back at 8pm ish and its rarely ever naughty lol Think I dont want to...
Hey went to my second weigh in this week, only lost half a pound but I was a bit naughty this week lol. Determined to get back on track this week, and get my half a stone in three weeks, was hoping for it this week, after doing slimming world once before I decided this time its for real lol
