    I've had this dvd for a few months now but I never opened it! Well, today was day 1 level 1. I couldn't do a few of the exercises but I made sure I kept moving. I did sweat and think of giving up but I got through it! I do feel really sick now though, does anyone have any tips for that? :)

    Thanks for replying! I understand why some wholemeal is classed as a healthy extra but I'm still puzzled as to why non-wholemeal pasta is free when something made from the same ingredients wouldn't be. :(

    Gnocchi is really easy and cheap to make yourself! I use smart price instant mash. I do believe you need to syn the flour though, but making it yourself means you can alter the amount slightly!
