Hi Hetty, perfectly normal! I think some people are like, BOOM into ketosis and are fine and for others it takes longer. Both times, for me, it has taken until the 3rd week to really feel good but however long it does take, it's worth it! Good luck x

Exercise on TFR? do or dont?

Hi, I think a bit of exercise is really important... As long as you are kind to your body and don't overdo it. The poor things are only on 400 cals so don't do too much. I'm walking and have an exercise bike.

Is weight loss slower 2nd time around?

Hey guys, Well I had my 2nd WI today and lost 5.5lb making a total of 16.5 in the last two weeks. It's not that this is a paltry amount or anything (over a stone- whoop!) but I can't help comparing it to my first time around (17lbs in the first week and 8 in the second!) Given that I weighed...

It cut me off! In terms of using the sticks for weight loss is it ok to get a darker colour? Also, what did people do in terms of meds? I'm on Metformin and have heard of people coming off meds. Is this in consultation with doctors or self-checking and adapting dosage? Would appreciate...
