    Hi Everyone, I have done lighter life before and found most of the soups and shakes ok, have I got a bad batch of shakes because they seem to taste of nothing? yet the soups and bars taste fine! I have been having them all in coffee so far! what is everyone's experience? Cheers

    Well I had my mid week weigh in and only 2 pounds so it looks like the massive losses have finally ended which is a shame. fingers crossed I can lose 3 by Sat morning to give me 5 pounds loss :D Best of luck everyone Stu

    I know the feeling, I was silly and weighed myself again this morning hoping for a loss so I would feel better and give myself some motivation, It looks like I didn't lose anything and it's all I can do not to go to the shops! Even though I am not really hungry. Good Luck with the weigh in!

    Well I have to say I am feeling great, which seems odd that I am eating nearly nothing, the cravings are not to bad, though I wonder how I will do over my first full weekend, fingers crossed my Saturday morning weight loss results will keep me motivated :D How is everyone else doing?

    Another new starter here, I started on Saturday and I have been having a very good week so far, fingers crossed we can all support each other, It is a shame that men and women have different sessions as I do like a bit of a chat and picking up ideas, hopefully you ladies can help me out :)
