    Thank you. Saw doc today got my meds to shrink fibroids to ensure pain due to them before hysterectomy. Being screened for ovarian and breast cancer gene to aid with ovaries decision.......thank you for advice...

    Thank you, I am 46. What I said about ovaries making you a woman looks stupid written down, I don't mean I'd be less of a woman, I actually don't know what I mean, I think I'm just worried about hormones. It's my age!! Thanks for help and advice it's really appreciated....

    I have large fibroids which are causing considerable pain. I am going to be given hormone injections to shrink them which will stop periods and make me feel menopausal. Having the injections for 3 months to shrink fibroids and see if pain eases to just check it is fibroids causing the pain...

    Big Mac in a bowl

    Fry extra lean mince and onion. Put shredded iceberg lettuce in a bowl Put mince on top of lettuce Top with tomato, chopped gherkin and 2 dairy lea light slices (healthy a) Drizzle with 1000 island dressing - sainsburys be good to yourself one is 0.5 syn for a tbsp. Really nice lunch.

    Lots of the restaurants do low carb meals which could be sw friendly, I imagine that most places will be helpful. Checkout restaurants and their menus before you go so you can plan. Ponderosa is great for good cheap breakfasts, lots of bacon, yogurts, fruit etc, Cracker Barrel is fabulous...

    Weak willed....have a look at petes recipe book on here, there are some lovely recipes. The mushy pea curry is a favourite with added carrot, chicken and cauliflower. My family all enjoy it didn't tell them it was mushy peas until they had finished it though. Another site with lovely recipes...

    Petes mushy pea curry....don't be put off because it's says mushy peas.....it's really thick unlike other sw curries which I find quite watery......I put chicken, carrot and cauliflower in to speed it up but my whole family eat it and enjoy it.....

    After years of trying all the diet groups about I am back at Rosemary Conley...I was really successful on this years ago. In the phase 1 book it mentions Rosemary Conley ready to eat porridge pots...I cant find these anywhere does anyone know where they are available? Thanks x:D
