    I got weighed monthly at my GP's The first weigh in I lost 15lbs. I am averaging about 7lbs per month at the moment. x

    Hi there, my weight wise consultant told me I wasn't eating enough fat and told me to increase it slightly. I was keeping to approx 5g per meal. I am supposed to be having 30g per day and that can vary per meal. So if you have 3g for breakfast 10g for lunch then you can afford to have a bit more...

    I've Hit my 1st target!!!!

    It's a weird feeling isn't it. I lost over a stone on my 1st weigh in and can't get my head round it. I don't feel any different and can't really tell. Well done to you and keep at it.

    my 1st weigh in

    I feel like shouting this out from the rooftops or putting an ad in our local paper. I have been to the dr's for my 1st monthly weigh in and to my amazement have lost 7 kgs. I am more than chuffed to pieces. Here's to next month. C'mon:D

    Found the previous thread about this. Everyone seemed to be later rather than early. If the plus is they are lighter and less painful I'm all for that. Had some really bad ones in the past which resulted in time off work. Thanks to all who replied. 1st weigh in Monday 7th.
