    Think bean flowers advice is great - what about taking a few bars with you as well so you can use them for the odd meal. I have taken shakes with me with no trouble (but ended up not eating them cos my little whisky thing didn't blend them...and I couldn't face lumps!! Have a great time.

    its such a shame cos I love the bars. Last time i would cut them up into 16 tiny pieces then mix them all up and stick 16 mixed bits in a pot and nibble them through the evening - it was like eating a bag of revels! Now I'm keeping my distance ;-(

    Nearly cracked!!

    One of the girls on here when I was here last year did 810 and she had great losses - only about 3lbs a month less than SS. I 'think' the average is 2.5 per week instead of 3.5 on SS. Good luck with it!
