    Cadbury Philly! Just tried this on WM toast with sliced up banana!! Big, huge thumbs up from me and my 4 year old!! lol Its really, really nice and you can have 30g for 4 syns (which is more than enough for 2 slices), instead of the normal 15g for 4 syns with Nutella! Well impressed :)

    Hayley, you can buy a natural alternative to clomid from health shops, its called Soya Isoflavones. Obvioulsy not as good as clomid but might be worth a go until you can get clomid. Google it with infertility :)

    Its sounds alright to me. You are supposed to have 1/3 superfree food per meal, but if you had your meal and then a big bowl of strawberries etc afterwards then that counts. TBH, i have never troubled myself too much with the 1/3 superfree rule and its never greatly affected my weight loss

    My weigh in is a wednesday night. I do 3 12.5 hour shifts a week. I dont ever work Wednesday days due to chilcare but if im nightshift i pop in quickly just as my consultant is setting up, get weighed quickly, then head to work.

    Scales can be all diffrent. Somtimes as all depends on the surface they are sitting on, the room they are in ... if its moist in the bathrooom etc. Your best to stick with one set of scales :) (id probably go for the lighter ones lol)

    Hi Everyone Ive just joined Slimming World about 5 weeks ago. I lost alot of weight after my son was born in 2007 with another slimming club but have since put it all back on :( I didnt want to go back to my old club, i hated being hungry all the time so decided to give SW a go and love it...
