    great, thanks for the advice guys! much appreciated. I had some roasted peppers with dinner to bump it up a bit, adding mayo is a good idea too, the book says shop bought ones are the wrong king of oil so i guess i will have to make some, unless anyone knows of a brand that is ok to use?

    hi, dont worry, i lost 4 stone for my wedding in 2008 but put it all back on again, so am now on day 3 of a restart. its so easily done, you just have to learn from your mistakes, and make sure that make changes so it doesnt happen again. good luck!

    its very simple, but mine is my rice cooker. its so easy to use and always makes rice nice and fluffy. i do tend to eat rice a few times a week so gets used a lot.
