    Tips for staying motivated

    Tried loads of clothes on that I have saved because I fully intended to get back in them (the pile is big) Its surprising how the weight creeps on. There is probably a gap of over 6 years and at least 3 stone between me and me. Want to move towards the chap in the blue.
