It is quiet in here, I haven't plucked up the courage to jump onto any of the other threads yet (although I always read them to see how the other peeps are doing). I was wondering if it would get busier after the QVC offer but it didn't seem to have much impact here.

Hello there :) I wouldn't have thought the meal you mentioned would have an impact on your weigh in. In my second week I had an evening event I had to attend with clients at work. Like you I tried to choose the best possible combination of foods (I had a small amount of lean steak with veg)...

I've been ordering every two weeks and each time my hamper has arrived two working days later. You can order weekly, each fortnight or monthly. It does work out cheaper if you sign up for the monthly ordering system, you get a fifth week free, but starting out I wanted to give it a good test...

Another vote for Bio Oil from me. Very good for scars in addition to skin tone. I find the most economical place to purchase is Costco. Leave your skin slightly damp after showering/bathing and rub in all over :)
