    Im not up on the JUDD plan, but as I said, with Wendy you still consume the correct amount of points over the week, you just have some low days and some high days. For example, yesterday I had 27 points and today is 42! My usual daily allowance is 30 points per day but I will still only have 210...

    Had ww chilli con carne sauce with extra lean mince and basmati rice for lunch. 6½ points it was. Very nice too if I may say so myself :) Tonight is WW chips (cooked in Actifry) with TLC chicken in tomato and basil sauce and some kind of free veg. Oh and breakfast was 3 rounds of bacon sarnies.
