When someone says they dont get how it works (thou they lost that week) my leader says "well I dont get gravity but both slimming world and gravity just do "work" " some things you dont need to know why just trust they do.

My sister did that one a few years ago, on the 3rd day she just poured it down the loo, said it saved the middle man as she had spent the whole of day 2 there. lol

I went threw this in march and yes its a terrible thing but your HR or what every they call is there to help out with pointing oyu inthe right direction, you can have time off paid for all sorts of things and if you in large place they even meant to help you find jobs.

ah well done sounds like you worked hard so def deserve the new award.

As other have said 3lb is a wonderful lose, its it far better to do it slowly as you more likely to keep it off.
