    Petty minded people who I imagine are like sticks and will probably end up old wizened looking ones too. Pity them and feel sorry for them not having magnanamous natures to give credit where credits due. A huge well done to you.

    Is any one on antipsychotics...

    I remember a nurse once telling a relative of mine whilst on Olanzapine - there are no calories in any of these medications - its what you eat feeling hungry. So as others have said - stick to superfree foods and exercise - Slimming world - the way to go.;)

    You look really great. If you are happy with how you look and feel then leave it at that which is the beauty of SW where you draw your own line. A well toned heavier body is better to me than a lighter flabby frame.

    Anyone fallen off wagon already ?

    I had the flu virus over 2 weeks although unfortunately still wanting to eat eg bread with Manuka honey thickly spread etc and absolutely no exercise. First weigh-in in 3 weeks on Wednesday night following Christmas Dinner at lunchtime on that day. Reckon I'll have about 7 lbs on.

    Think you are brilliant joining at the moment. The majority of people would make loads of excuses and put it off. You are taking the bull by the horns and making sure you dont pile on more weight. You'll def make a heck of a lot more "good" choices than you would have done had you waited...

    What time do you eat in the evening?

    We eat at 6.00 except on weigh-in nights. I usually go to bed 10.00 10.30 (so dont really need to snack) as I waken early in mornings. SW indicates it doesn't matter what time you eat at night.

    I use dry porridge oats with a small amount of all bran sprinkled on top - a little milk and then put raspberries strawberries blackberries blueberries a few grapes or fresh pineapple plus a few chopped walnuts a pinch of mixed seeds and a few dried cranberries - delicious.

    Enjoy your holiday making as many good choices as you can and do as much exercise as you can - jogging in the water pool or sea is of even greater benefit than those serious joggers you will see each day - you will have the resistance of the water but protection of the joints.

    Def sounds like not enough fibre causing constipation - jacket potato or in my case I use dry porridge with sprinkling of all bran plus rasp straw black blueberries on top with a little milk plus pinch seeds few crushed walnuts and few dried cranberries pretty much ensures a "movement" daily.
