    Yeah I'm starting in the gym tomorrow so I took measurements today cause if I'm building muscle the rate of weight loss should decrease. I thought the measurements would be handy to keep morale up.

    Hi all, just had my weigh in for week four. I knew that my weight loss would have to slow down in week 3 or 4 but when it happened I still felt down. Did anyone else feel like that or am I just being silly.

    I found this week that I love the chicken soup, which is grand because I have to force back the shakes as I don't like them But I'm curious is there anything I can add to the soup such as curry powder or something like that just so I dont get sick of the same flavour every day.

    I feel like a failure.

    I found a handy trick for when people try to persuade to eat something, tell them that if you eat without proper refeeding you will feel ill soon after. Most people will believe you as they don't know about the diet. Its worked so far for me:)
