Im new to xenical and reading how well you've done has really given me the kick up the backside i needed. Can anyone tell me how many caloires I should be eating a day? My doctor didnt tell me anything and the leaflet says naff all too :mad:

Hello Im new here and new to xenical, I started taking it on Monday, but when my doctor gave it to me on Monday he didnt tell me what to eat etc so Im just getting to grips with it! Have been reading all your posts all day and they are so encouraging - its great to know youre not alone...
