    I've also lost all of my weight (53 lbs since March 2014) with almost no exercise. I also work from home. I have to be very strict with my calorie intake but it's definitely doable. I like walks and power kites but due to weather and time I only get to go once a week if I'm lucky

    I don't fully trust any one thing, I use mfp mostly but I cross reference anything that seems unlikely. It's sometimes worth adding your own foods to mfp if you've already found out the values, or do some research online for what you eat regularly and make a list in a notebook or phone

    Well I've recorded todays weight at 11st exactly because I only record by rounding to the nearest half pound (makes it easier to update progress in the challenges on here) but the scales said 10st 13.8lbs!! So happy :) I don't think I've ever seen the scales read 10st something for me :)
