    Also be careful with syns everyone has different digestive systems & metabolisms. Green day binging on pasta & rices, some people can handle more than others, some can polish off a bucket of rice/pasta everyday & lose weight! some get bloat & put weight on. experimenting is the only way.

    yea i mix2match sometimes especially when im out n about as i have learnt what my digestive system can handle, i leave it 4 hours between green & red meals, that works great for me. i up the caffeine on these days to keep my metabolism burning high. i agree with ending the day with a red meal.

    lol hey when i eat 1 whole onion it really dehydrates me. running back & forth to the toilet! i had a red day today i had 2 chicken breasts, sliced them in the middle i stuffed the hot chilli quark in the chicken breasts and smothered some on top. then i put them in the oven. very tasty.
