    I'm wearing a trench into the floor between my desk at work and the loo! I only have one kidney so I have to drink at least 3litres a day anyway (so says the consultant). I aim for 4 litres now and it is getting much much easier to get it down :)

    Hi I totally sympathise, something Lipotrim is teaching me is just how much my life revolved around food.     Hi Binge Eater I was booked for a TT at Laderma clinic in Prague last year, however I got very sick and had to ahve a kidney removed so I had to cancel it.     All I drink is Chocolate shakes...

    I prefer mostly chocolate too. Occasionally have a strawberry one, and I'm not all that keen on the vanilla tbh, it doesn't seem to 'mix' properly and I end up with bubbles of powder (even though I mix them up all the same, with ice, in a blender)
