    MiM's & flaxseed recipes

MiM Virgin Hi all, I've just had my first ever MiM (munching it as I type actually) Never in a million years did I think this 'crazy' idea would work. My brain thinks it's just had proper bread and the MiM is sooooo tasty (marmite and butter for me) I did Atkins years ago and have just...

:break_diet:Not had the best of SW days today, well, let's be honest, I didn't have ANY sort of a SW world day today :( Had to go to a works seminar today held at a holiday inn and was told would only be for the morning. Well, the morning turned into 1.30 and my boss told me to order lunch...

    Height, Weight and clothes size.....

He he he - undertall :p very good! I'm 5ft5 and currently weigh 11st 11lb (heaviest I've ever been) I've given up where clothes are concerned (while I'm overweight anyway) - no matter what I weigh my bust will always be 'considerable' for want of a better expression and clothes shops seem...

Advice for slow cooker virgin please :)

I don't know - a work collegue always used to go on about the lovely smell that greets her when she has things in the slow cooker. You make a good point though - maybe I'm thinking of a pressure cooker then. Not that I've ever used one of those before either but remember from my childhood...

Advice for slow cooker virgin please :)

Hi all, I've been thinking about getting a slow cooker for ages and especially now that the weather is turning colder. The main thing that's always stopped me from getting one is the thought that the whole house will smell of whatever has been cooking for days afterwards. We live in a one...

    EE v.tasty Salad with Prawns

Hi all, Think the below recipe would suit anyone following Extra Easy? I started making this a few months ago from a Gordon Ramsay recipe I found on the internet. First time I made it I was a bit dubious about the fish sauce/lime juice combination but it really is very tasty and makes a...

    Newbie meeting advice please :)

Hi all, I've been busy lurking and having a look around this great and supportive forum. I've done SW before (ca 5 years ago) and am now going back on it because I've always liked the way the eating plans are structured. Did WW many many years ago and the thought of being starved and...
