Can i ask?? Why so many restarters??

Well in my humble opinion, I don't think we can blame the diet! As has already been said, regardless of diet we often end up reaching out for the 'naughty food' and eating big portions in times of emotional stress, then it all becomes a viscious circle and we feel like a failure and give up...

  170. M

    Boullion

No idea how many cups we allowed on any other the plans, I just know it helped me resist a stress-busting Friday night drink, so I see it as a damage limitation food x

    Biggest Loser

I also think the orange team should have gone. The training looked a bit dangerous to me, anything I've ever read about exercise stresses a gradual build up, especially when carrying a lot of excess weight. The lady instructor may have a really healthy body, but she seems a really boring...

No doubt a lot of us who come on this forum have spent a lot of time feeling bad about ourselves and beating ourselves up. However I really value the support and advice I get on here, also I love the way that we all get inspiration from fellow cders losses, rather than being jealous. We also...

    Choc orange shake

yuk, got a couple of choc/orange shakes in intial re-start pack...bet Dawn French wouldn't be hogging these chocolate oranges, instead she would be seen pushing them at the camera saying "they're foul". I really like most other flavours though. x

    Britains fattest man

OMG! Question about cd!! Is it right for me again?

I tried on and off, but found I ended up being more off than on, what about the 810 plan or 1200 plan? I really do understand about the temptations of carby snacks in the staffroom, especially when teaching you are on your feet and moving around such a lot. I was a teacher for 10 years before...

    update on me

well done, if only I had gone up the plans instead of getting bored with ss, falling into binge starve mode then full on binge mode, hence back to square 1 from August 2009. I am scared about moving up the plans when it comes to the time, but I know for me this will be the hardest part, so I...

real weight loss or a gimmick?

on all diets you tend to find the bigger you are the quicker you lose it until you get a healthier BMI. Something else you hear about this diet is that you put it all back on quickly, well that again is like any diet.....work hard on the maintenance and it stays off, or go crazy once you get to...
