    At my old group, it was always someone who had lost 2 weeks in a row, and then they'd pick the highest weight loss from those people. I think it's so that people who just join, who can have massive weight losses their first week, can't get it that first week.

    That's so sad. :( Although I can see how it would happen. You can't just send someone to lose weight and have personal trainers/meals made specifically for them and expect them to be able to do it themselves after so much help when they leave, expecially someone so young.

    Extra Easy how strictly do you follow the 1/3 SF rule?

    I think it's important to try, but I know if I'm doing EE I sometimes don't do it for breakfast. Just because by the time I've had my toast/weetabix or something, I'm full. And I think, why should I have some fruit/veg with this when I'm not actually hungry anymore?

    When I do green days they're all I eat! They're just perfect for taking to work as a quick lunch, and as snacks. Cheesy ones are deffo my favourite, feel like it should be so much worse for me. And roast chicken. :P

    You mentioned fanta and I know that's one of the higher ones at 10 calories, which I don't even think would count as half a syn so unless you drank cans of the stuff every day I wouldn't worry. :)

    I don't know if it's sweetener exactly, but you mentioned Pepsi Max and I have read that low calorie drinks are bad for you as they can cause damage to your bones if you consume too much. Which scares me, I live off fanta zero at the moment!!
