    I would say that as ive lost more weight ive definitely felt more energetic and pro-active.     In a short answer, I have only done green days since I started last Oct and have lost nearly 2 1/2st. So it is possible to lose large amounts of weight and does work :) I think the trick is to eat lots of fruit and veg with the carbs.

    I have done it several times so it is possible, but I would say that it does depend on how much youve got to lose still. Someone close to target may struggle with such a goal. Stick 100% though and you shouldnt be far off that if not the whole 5lbs :)

    I dont measure my milk, I mainly drink it in tea only and average 4 cups a day but if I have more I dont syn the milk. Its only a few ml's and its semi skimmed. In fact I refuse too ever limit my cuppa's if I want one. I occasionally pick at the excess ive cooked for my 1 year yr old.

    15lbs off in 6 weeks for me. Your body will lose it at its own rate, as long as you are being active and following the plan then in will come off :), you also have to keep in mind that those with more to lose do tend to lose it a bit quicker initially. x
