    Have I read this right you only ate 1 wagon wheel at 8 syns? You haven't blown anything as long as you don't dwell on it and say sod it. Keep using your 5-8 syns a day and get on those scales draw a line and enjoy the rest of your day. Good luck x

    Most days I do use my syns, anything from 5-15 but I have been trying not to eat for the sake of eating. During the day I am not too bad but at night 5 mins after tea I start looking for goodies so I tend to use my syns for this.

    Thank you for all your quick replies, it gets you down sometimes when you struggle and try really hard and other people lose loads doing the same plan.     im confusing myself...

    I have been doing the EE and I find it really easy now I have got my head around it. I tend to use my HEXa & B for breakfast, fruit for snacks, lunch is usually a h/made soup, jacket pot and for evening meal, the 1/3 of each as already mentioned. I am never hungry. I love EE x
