Quorn sausages and Quorn chicken style pieces are £1 each at Lidl. Great speed food for green days and excellent for chilli and curry, yum.

I usually find that the more you eat (free food) the more you lose, as it speeds up your metabolism and you're filling up on good stuff. I'm always on the green plan too and it works brilliantly. Get stuck in! :)

Hello, I'm heading out tonight, and was wondering if anyone has any tips or advice on low syn drinks. I love cider and wine, but I'm trying to save the syns. Any suggestions welcome.

5 scanbran = 5 syns 2 tbsp nutella = 8 syns golden syrup = 4.5 syns 17.5 syns in total, so almost 1 syn each if you split it into 18, or even less syns if you use the scan bran as a HE B.
