    I did not weigh myself yesterday as It was the christmas season and I was afraid of what was going to show on the scales :S, I definatly indulged over christmas, but I am back on my diet as of today, and I will definatly be weighing myself monday morning next week. :)

    yes I am, I have had hardly any snacks this week and I feel really energetic, although Ill be bummed if i only loose like 1lb, but 1lb is better than none right? and ill keep going :p

    I've been drinking lots of water - since I work in a office there is a water dispenser round every corner so its all good :d I'm also following a breakfast, lunch, dinner then snack sort of thing, like before i would skip breakfast and lunch and i would go straight to a huge dinner....anywho...

    yes I heard you have to be over 300lbs and over 18years old to join their free classes as if you are over 300lbs you are classed as "obese" or "overweight - in need of help"...but you can always work out your own diet and exercise regime with the help and support of all the other people here on...
