    I feel hungry. This is my first DD on this round of JUDDD. It is almost 4 p.m. my time, and so far I've done very well. I plan to go to bed very early...even for me...like in just a couple of hours. My usual hours are up at 4:30 a.m. and bedtime around 8 p.m.

    Thanks for the Support. BTW, UP day 2000 and Down day 500 equals an average calorie intake of 1250 per day. Most younger women of average size or larger will lose weight on that number. Unfortunately, that is at least 150 calories a day more than my current burn...including my activity factor...
