Ouch not great hun!!! Diarrhoea can be a tricky one but it could be to do with the artificial sweetners low fat foods can be quit high in or the amount of fruit in your diet.
Fingers crossed with problem has passed
yeah sounds pretty much right...not sure if you would be best to point the choc shot as would depend how much you had too. Is this something that is zero point?
Glad I'm not the only one who doesn't like tomatoes......only like them when they are cooked.
I often go the veggie route to save some points.
I love wraps filled with cooked veggies like onion, mushroom and carrot with a few dods of philly. I do mines on a George Foreman at work but I imagine...
Low gi stands for low glycemic index. Some people choose low gi diets as it helps regulate foods that the body can break down the glucose in the foods. It's simply a food choice. Weight watchers are now highlighting plans that incorporate choices for people if they choose to be high protein or...
Hi everyone!!
I have used both plans over the years and like you all I stuck with the old system as it was what I knew before eventually giving in to the new points. I have to say I was so much more shocked as a lot of the foods I ate were a lot more points on the new plan. However a few months...
are you maybe having to little points early on causing you to be hungrier later on?
Its really hard to get motivated. I think once you start seeing the weight loss or people start noticing and commenting can be the trigger to spur you on. I used to keep a picture of me that I really disliked...
I used to keep the odd one in the freezer incase of emergencies but I have stopped now as to be honest they don't fill me up. I bought those mcain smiles frozen baked potatoes add they work out at 3 points and I find them better for quickness. Either with tuna mayo or loads of dry fried...
I live on the warburton pizzas!!!
I used to be obsessed with nachos and jalapenos so it made sense to have pizza with loads of jalapenos and I pack them with veg too so way better for me.
I'm a creature of habit and eat quite lot of the same foods but that's what keeps me happy!!!
Tonight I just had ww sausages, homemade chips, beans, ww petit pains with cheese slice. All for 14pp :)

I don't bother with cheat days more like cheat weeks. then I get back on the wagon.
Usually its the weeks that involve too much alcohol or birthdays/holidays ect.
try to avoid anything that's deep fried so won ton and sprig rolls I personally would give a miss!!!
Spring rolls for example are 9pp per one!!! sesame prawn fingers tho are only 3pp each. I know you don't like soup that much but chicken and sweetcorn soup is only 6pp and very filling.
Could...
I eat quite a lot of fruit. I have a couple of bananas ,an apple and packet of fresh fruit pre packed (melon, pineapple and mango) every day.
Seems to work for me.
Thanks for the reassurance girls. Yeah I work out quite a lot and lift a lot of weights so like you say I may not be losing weight but inches (or cms lol)I never use my exercise points so this might play on it too. I do feel skinnier if you know what I mean but I was just feeling frustrated not...
Hi ,
I'm having a bit of a dilemma at the moment as for 2 weeks now I have STS. I don't officially weight in till sat for this week but every morning I step on my scales and they are not budging which sounds daft but they usually do. I have 3/4 pieces of fruit per day and some free veg with...
Ello, yes the 50g of potato is raw per 1pp and it doesn't change if boiled but I wouldn't say for sure about cooked in the actifry.
I have always just weighed my potatoes before I cook them so I know the points
Not quite sure how you could work it out otherwise unless you looked at the points...
its prob not the 4lb but more a set weight? I lost 4 lbs my first week and I didn't drop a point so it could be another while before you need to drop again. not sure how they work it out tho.
hope this helps
I weight myself on a sat morning so usually use my weeklies on Saturday night with booze and grub!!! I found if I used them Fridays I tended to STS which was annoying having stuck religiously to my points all week. Everyone is different tho
Hello
Lots of good ideas and recipes under the recipe section with pics also is your ever stuck with dinners ect. Be warned not to look when hungry tho lol
Hello :wavey:

good luck with it all hun
I will have to have look out for it. I buy the ww nans as there only 3 pp so that would work well with it when i give it a try.

Awwww poor wee soul. That's terrible on the schools part. Well done on making it to another class tho.. Giving you a few extra days might even give ya an extra good loss this week. Good luck!

ohhhh sounds nice...not seen that one. how much do you point for that?
Im going to make chicken and cashew nut tonight if im not too knackered after work:sigh:
I'm not sure how you would work it out really as it would depend on how hard/strenuous the exercise is.
I go to the gym 3 times a week mixing cardio and weights . To be honest I have never actually counted it for activity points to be able to eat extra....never really seen the point.I just do...
Hate when something your looking forward to turns out to be a bit naff!!!
I'd prob just rather have a can irn bru rather than a sausage with irn bru in it. Full fat mmmmmmm lol
Hi , sorry to her your feeling low.

Hello :) I'm back on the waggon too as managed to put on nearly stone over xmas after a good 3 years of keeping it all off.

Thanks in advance :-)
Hiay it really depends on how your body copes.
You can up it by 2 every day and if you dont put on weight that week try another point each day. They say up to a maximum of 6 points but i start to put weight on after adding 5 points so i stuck with the 4 extra each day.
Of course i may have a...

Also a slice of ww toast with a low fat cheese triangle is only a point.
Also if i am really hungry and cant resist i tend to just go to bed LOL
xx
mines was looking at pics after nights out ect...i always seemed to look fat even tho i never thought i looked that big.

weight watchers bacon (smoked or unsmoked) are on offer in asda at the mo for £2.
I actually find it tastier and thicker than regular bacon and is only 1/2 point per rasher.
Was fab to make myself a low fat bacon sarny yesterday :D

Hi Olivia!!!
Im new to this forum too and have been following ww for nearly 5 weeks now.
I am currently on 19 points and im the complete opposite as i really struggle to stay under the points. I do like a biscuit with my cuppa tho which is probably my downfall. I also save points every day...
Thanks everyone for such a warm welcome!
I really like it so far and everyone is lovley. Look forward to getting to know everyone alot better

Hi Liam and welcome!!!
Sounds like your really motivated to do well :D
I do the weight watchers points diet. It allows you to eat all the things you normally would but of course within moderation.
Slimming world is pretty similar too.
Good luck with whatever diet you choose to follow...
