Well, I'm back again. Put on weight and feel crap! Started swimming most days. Taking the dog for longer walks...Hopefully this time I'll stick at it. I find it hard this time of year...want comforting food :break_diet:
Thank goodness..not just me..The best laugh is that I know I'm goona feel really bad after I've eaten something I shouldn't but I can't stop myself. I will try the photo thing..Thanx xx

Oh, I've had a bad couple of days...Been eatin choc and basically crap and now feel bloated and very disappointed in myself. Don't know why I do it as I know how bad I feel aft but can't help myself!! Must start again tomorrow :break_diet:
Thanx all....couldn't believe it when got on scales. I do mostly green days as I love pasta etc. Today though I had a galaxy bar which I enjoyed but felt really crap afterwards!! Will be good again and c if I can do so well next week!! x x x

I've never been to a slimming world class. A friend at work gave me a SW book which I've followed. I've done ok. This website is a great help!
I think as long as you've got the motivation you'll be fine :)
Know how u feel! Had bad day today too! I do struggle with will power. Feel so crap after eatin something sooooooo nice! Back on track now though...thank goodness for this site! Really helps me!!
Having a red day...had scrambled egg(F) on toast(HE) for breakfast. My niece came up for lunch and wanted a bacon sandwich. I couldn't resist....sinned the bread...did the bacon in frylite? Is this ok? Just seems naughty to be frying!! x
