    I agree with what everyone as said just one more thing you mention the milk. As long as you stick to the amount stipulated by the HEA allowance it can be split in which ever way you like. I don't have much milk on cereal but I use the rest in a hot milky drink.

    You can add lots of veg to both these meals. Try adding mushrooms, tin toms, passata, carrot, onion, courgette, peppers even thought they all added to the mince/qorn mix they still count as superfree. Enjoy

    Green Day Sweet Potato Curry (SW recipe) 0 syns

    This sounds good. I make something similiar by roasting sweet potato, cherry toms, red onion, spinach, chick peas and spices in the oven with curry powder. Mine is quite dry and I use it as a side dish. Is the one you make have a curry sauce or is it dry. Thanks.

    I'm another one who doesn't believe in the starvation mode, but I do believe that the body needs a certain amount of calories to function efficiently that includes to burn fat. However, I think dropping below 1000 is a big no no and personally wouldn't do it. I know its an overused analogy...

    I made the express chicken fajita salad out of the new sw mag this week using the mixed pepper rice and it was lovely. A pouch is 2.5 syns on green and EE. I have no doubt it will be just as good cold as it was hot.

    If using nat yoghurt I leave mine out to allow it to get to room temp. I dont know if this makes a difference, but I haven't had a curdle incident yet :D

    Also something to remember is that unfortunately parsnips are not superfree as they are a starchy veg the same as sweetcorn and peas.

    Glad you are feeling so focused, you have the right idea about taking it day by day its definitely the way to go. Remember though one bad day doesnt make a week so if you do slip up, dont be too hard on yourself and get straight back on track, it happens to the best of us now and again.
