Thanks guys for all your lovely comments. I am guilt free today and ready to tackle another day of lb fighting. Square crisps are my saving grace with slimming world. I find the salt and vinegar flavour a real treat to eat on an evening. The multipack bags (22g) are 5 syns and are so scrumptious.
