    Thanks Setas....understand it a bit better now. Think what I will have to do is spend 3-4 weeks on 810 then use the remaining 6 weeks moving up the rest.     Brill, thanks :) You should become a CDC!!! I have found out loads just by reading your posts! I'll definitely be sticking to CD and moving up the plans so fingers crossed I wont gain anything if I have low GI carbs on SW.

    Yes, I'm currently on SS at the moment. I must have done about 10-15 minutes of hula hooping this morning and I thinking this can be the only reason why I'm feeling like this today.
