HEB - 2 x weeterbix
Brekkie - 2 x weeterbix, Sliced bannana,milk from HE
Lunch- Pasta in sauce (chesse and broc,asda,2.5 syns) toms,spring onions,sweetcorn,peas,peppers and a apple.
