    I weigh them frozen too. I dont have the ww ones though, they are huge so it seems like I only have about 3 on my plate lol. I have morrisons thin fries, it looks like I have more on my plate then lol

    A large jacket potato (375g) is 4 points. Gravy granules are ½ point per teaspoon. I hope this helps :)

    I took a look at my ww book, and this is what it says for prawns... Prawns (peeled medium portion, 60g) 1 point So if yours are peeled, a 30g portion around be around ½ I think :)
