    Tuna

    I know that I can eat tuna but does anyone not worry about mercury levels? I eat it probably once every 2 days and I'm concerned about the other effects Can't resist a tin of tuna with mayo and onion though!!!

    Turnip Induction

    Is turnip allowed on induction? It's been so long since I did Atkins and I can't find my book anywhere much to my utter annoyance! I can't remember but I love it, I'm just worried that it's a root vegetable and quite startchy so is probably high carb.
