WW meals are ridiculously small. Bulk it out with something else. I had a pasta one today with salad and put cheese on the salad and had a slice of garlic bread with it.
Does anyone else suffer??
I'm averaging 0.5 - 1.5lbs per week and still have 1.5 stone to lose to goal (my goal...my leader thinks I should only lose 12lbs more but both goals are in healthy range).
I stick to my points, weighing things religiously, I've tried shaking it up and not eating...

Double tracking should help! You will notice I eat most of my food at lunchtime and subside on a WW meal for tea. Simply because in the 4 weeks I have been doing this I haven't got around to planning meals properly so I can cook for the family.
