    I know you can save 4 points a day, but can you actually take of points for the upcoming days as well. For example, i weigh in on a friday, so if i want more points on a saturday can i deduct points from sun, mon, tue, wed and thurs?

    Fast food is so convenient!

    When i did weight watchers a few years ago, i used to exercise loads in the evening. On the way home from the gym i used to buy a Fillet o fish from McDonalds 6pts and that would be my dinner. I still had regular weight losses because it was within my poits allowance.

    I've just tried the vanilla shake, coffee, sweetner with lots of ice and it was georgous. and believe it or not it filled me up as well. I had half a pint of water before and half a pint of water after. I feel more satisfying then having a regular bowl of cereal. This diet isn't too bad after all.
